 Wednesday, January 28th, 2026 AGENDA: 1. Spelling: This week's words are: manipulated, consequences, turbulent, incessant, gluttonous, and brazenly 2. Math: Test tomorrow! Please make sure to study. Chapter Review (#1-8). Answers are posted on Google Classroom.  3. Heritage Stamps and Solar System Board games are both due this Friday! Please work on both at home, if necessary. There will be no more class time to work on these after this week.  4. Literacy Week = Intermediate Reading Bingo sheets sent home today. Tomorrow is Joke Day and Friday is "Dress as your favourite book character Day"

  Thursday, January 22nd, 2026 AGENDA: 1. Spelling: (week 18) (feigned, shrouded, brandished, venomous, stifling, and symbolizes)  2. Spirit Day - tomorrow is "Throw Back Day," so come dressed as someone living in the 00's, 90's, 80's, etc...

Math: "Fraction Strips Investigation" Worksheet due tomorrow  3. Spirit Day - This Friday is "Throwback Day"  4. Heritage Stamps = School Judging to determine who makes it to Districts is after school on Wednesday, Jan 28th... Note: Both Stamps and Paragraphs will need to be completed (and edited) before this date...

We will still be having a quiz on Friday, so you will need to have correct spelling and an original sentence. 2. Science: Board Games will be due next Friday, Jan 30th. No extensions!

 Wednesday, January 14th, 2026 AGENDA: 1. Novel Study - duotangs are due this Friday! Please make sure you have completed your title page, questions, and activity sheets. 2. Pizza Party tomorrow! We will be having pizza and watching the Holes movie tomorrow afternoon. 

 Tuesday, January 13th, 2026 AGENDA 1. Skating tomorrow! Remember to pack your skates/helmet in a separate bag. We're leaving before recess (9:45).  2. Math: Mixed Numbers and Improper Fractions due tomorrow (HW check)  

 Monday, January 12th, 2026 AGENDA: 1. Spelling (Week 17) 2. Math: Converting Mixed/Imp Fractions (4 questions from board) 3. Skating this Wednesday. Please remember to return your permission forms, and make sure you have skates that fit. We have a limited number of skates at the school. Also, please remember to bring a helmet and a separate bag to carry your skates and helmet on the bus.   Hockey: You may bring a stick if you would like to play some ice hockey. Note: you must have a helmet with a full-face protection (cage/visor)

 Tuesday, January 6th, 2026 AGENDA: 1. Math: "Equal Parts of a Set" due tomorrow (HW check) 2. Band Concert tomorrow (pm) 3. Skating: We will be going skating with our little buddy class (Ms. Perren) next Wednesday. Permission forms are sent home today. Please check and see if your skates fit!
