AGENDA:
1. Student Daily Health Check Agreement Forms (If not already signed and handed in to Mr. Hine)
2. Please fill out/sign/return all of the forms:
- Student Verification (Yellow)
- School Supplies (White)
- Student Info Consent (Green)
- Media Consent (Blue)
3. Our Gym Times will be Mondays and Thursdays, so please remember to bring proper footwear (Gym Strip not necessary as we are not using change rooms).
4. Silent Reading Book (Please bring one if you don't have one).
